09-25-2020 Shareholder Meeting 2020
The shareholders of Sobrado Software AG approved all proposals of the Board of Directors at yesterday’s Annual General Meeting. Patricia Mattle, elipsLife, and Ivo Flüeler, ARISCO Risk Consultants, were newly elected to the Board of Directors. Philippe Pointet, Swiss Life, was then appointed to the Board of Directors as successor to Hans-Jakob Stahel.
