05.03.2018 AXA becomes second anchor shareholder

In the year 2018 AXA took a significant stake in Sobrado Software AG, the leading transaction platform between brokers and insurers in Switzerland. The largest Swiss insurer thus became the second strategic shareholder from the industry on an equal footing with Swiss Life.
