We are pleased to announce the appointment of Reto Beeler as the new Chief Product Officer (CPO) and member of the Executive Board. He officially took up his position on October 1, 2025.

Reto brings extensive and in-depth experience in product development, digitalization, and IT management. In recent years, he has held various management positions, including at SWICA Insurance, where he was most recently responsible for the input management platform and led strategic digitalization initiatives.

Prior to this, Reto Beeler worked at the digital agency dreipol, where he played a key role in the development of user-centered software solutions as Head of Business Product. In this role, he led interdisciplinary teams from UX design and development and was responsible for the successful implementation of numerous customer projects—from conception to successful go-live.

His professional career began in the Zurich area, where he quickly established himself as a bridge builder between business and technology. As a proven IT project manager, communications consultant, and internal auditor, Reto has a unique profile at the intersection of strategy, operations, and customer-centric innovation.

Reto Beeler (40) lives with his family in Winterthur. In addition to his role as CPO at Sobrado, he works as a freelance developer for ZOHO solutions and supports small businesses with digitalization. In his free time, he can often be found on the trails of the Swiss mountains—as a passionate trail runner, he values clear paths, endurance, and good footwear.

With his clear product vision, high methodological expertise, and keen sense for technological trends, Reto will play a decisive role in shaping the further development of the Sobrado platform. He stands for collaborative leadership, sustainable impact, and user-centered thinking. With his profile, he is perfectly positioned to actively shape the future of Sobrado.
